Three words that best describe me • Nutritious. Delicious. Great.

What I want to be doing in 10 years • Hopefully wrestling fulltime, at least that's my goal. There are guys in this business who have been doing this for more than 10 years and they are still on the indy scene, but there are those few who make it — I would love to be one of those few.

My longterm goals • Be the best I can be at whatever I put my mind to.

My advice to somebody younger who considers me a role model • Do whatever it takes to make your dreams come true. For me, it was people telling me I couldn't do it. I wanted to prove it to those friends and family members who told me I couldn't be a wrestler because I was too small. I love proving people wrong; it pushes me to do anything I want.

My best feature(s) • Most would probably say my looks (big-headed, I know) or my personality. I'm a pretty nice guy, and I usually get along with everybody. I live by the saying, "Show me respect, I show you respect."

The reason I wrestle • First, because I love it. I love the adrenaline, and whether they boo or cheer, it just hits you like a train. Second, because people always told me I couldn't do it.

My motivation is • People telling me I can't do anything. I hate it, and at the same time I love it. I've gotten to a point to where nobody tells me I can't do anything because they know I'll do my best to do whatever I set my mind to.

My wrestling style is • All-around. I mainly like to ground wrestle or be more technical. I don't really fly except for some suicide dives through the ropes or body presses over the top rope to outside. I do a top-rope blockbuster off the top rope — it's like a flipping neckbreaker off the top rope. Other than that, I've never been able to do backflips and stuff, so I leave that to the really athletic guys.

Role models • Superman (a little cheesy, but c'mon, whose role model isn't Superman?); and my little brother, Jordy, because no matter how much crap I give him about his style, he still plays it his way.

Athletes • Buff Bagwell (I'm going to get a lot of heat for this one, but I always liked Buff when he was on WCW — he's one of the reasons I became a wrestler; Austin Lane (I'm not even going to put him over that much, but he knows why. I have respect for him not just for his wrestling ability but because over about two years, he has been a close friend to me); Donny Davis, aka "Dangerous" Donny Sixx (even though he fights as "Dangerous" Donny Davis in MMA now, he'll always be Donny Sixx to me).

Pro teams • None, really. I hate saying this because most of my buddies make fun of me, but I don't watch many sports other than wrestling, and I hardly watch that anymore unless it's me.

College teams • Same as the pro teams.

Three musical artists • Family Force 5, Rev Theory, 3oh!3

Three movies • "Wanted," "The Wrestler," "X-Men Orgins: Wolverine".

Three TV shows • "The Simpsons," "Scrubs," "Burn Notice".
